Plot twist, it’s actually great!

This spot surprised me! The friendly staff, clean rooms, and a decent breakfast made my stay enjoyable. The open lobby is perfect for relaxation. Although there’s some highway noise by the pool, it’s a minor detail considering everything else. Perfect as a base for exploring nearby attractions, but a car is recommended for convenience.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by limited dining options, as there were no restaurants within walking distance. The shuttle service was inconsistent, and we would have appreciated at least one daily drop-off to downtown. Additionally, the cost of taxis added up quickly, exacerbating our frustration during our stay.

We absolutely loved the vibrant pool area and took our grandson to the nearby Los Arcos Amphitheater, where we enjoyed a fantastic cultural show. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our family gathering.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family activities available.

The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the airport, and the check-in was smooth as butter! The young woman at the front desk was a gem, super friendly and spoke good English. One night there and I could tell they put effort into making sure everything was clean and cozy, the lobby bar with comfy couches was a great touch.

Waking up to the stunning sunset view every evening turned our stay into a memorable escape. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast was good but repetitive. I wished for a bit more variety. The location was a drawback. Directly on the highway made it hard to walk anywhere safely, as there’s heavy traffic. Also, the gym was a plus, but the pool lacked sunlight most of the day, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere of the lobby and common areas.
